AEL have been fabricating aluminium glazing systems for our UK- and Continental-based customers for over two decades.

AEL’s highly skilled workforce of more than 20 experienced machinists and fabricators are trained on all systems that we fabricate. Our processing machinery includes 3No CNC machining centres, able to machine profiles up to 354mm in height – therefore enabling us to work with the largest standard and bespoke profiles that can be extruded. We also have a bonded stores and dedicated stores workforce to look after our clients’ materials and make sure that back-orders and shortages get chased-up and delivered correctly, in order to avoid costly delays in production programmes caused through supplier default.

Having the advantage of a fully-equipped and skilled fabrication factory available, without the associated overhead cost enables our customers to be more profitable as they continue to enjoy profit recovery on the raw materials and glass without having to keep a state-of the art factory fully-employed in order to manufacture the materials into finished grid or frames

Our facility enables international clients can have fabrication carried out within the UK to minimise customs tariffs.

AEL manufacture all the glazing systems which are available in UK and Europe and we also have a great deal of experience fabricating bespoke suites of profiles for specific projects.
